Turkey Chili

  • 1Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 med. Onion, chopped
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 can (28oz.) whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cans White Kidney beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can black beans

In skillet, heat oil until hot. Add turkey and ½ tsp. salt and cook 6 to 8 minutes, chop while cooking. Add onion and cook 4 minutees. Stir in chili powder and cumin; cook 1 minute. Add to Crock pot with remaining ingredients . Stir and slow cook for 6-8 hours on low. Stirring occasionally Serve and Enjoy
